I use the same business model, simply put, scale the hell out of it. You know how to perform all the essentials, now just do it on a larger scale.

Simple, prob very obvious technique, but one I stumbled on after some tweaking. I increased opt-ins hugely on my squeeze pages by dropping the name field, in other words just requesting email...

I have a list close to about 50k subs, accross a spectrum of niches. I used tailored ad swaps, squeeze pages with a slight twist, tweet swaps of late and I gave away reports ad nausem in every niche...
