There are just a lot of people out there who are desperate to get the "easy" money and these people are just heartless...If you have doubts that it seems to be a scammer then don't pushed through...

You might agree me or not but, wouldn't it be better with a footer? And the "sitemap" link usually is placed on the footer.

If you have a great domain name (not sure if it's the one in your sig) and some traffic then your site will have value but to really sell for the big bucks you need a steady stream of monthly...

First off you can dump the Meta Tags, they really went out of style in the late 1990's. I know people use them but those people don't get musch out of meta tag description and keywords done that way....
