If you have a Mac or Mac emulator, I recommend Vellum for book interiors. I use it on my fiction and I LOVE it. They are in the process of adding a CreateSpace option, as well.

Because he gets traffic from his list, but it isn't the ONLY traffic he gets.

In most cases, fiction writers use their lists as strategic launch platforms and ongoing sales come from organic...
