Yes, it's true. Same thing happened to my two money website. 1 is amazon website where I was getting around 200 visitors per day but seems like it decreased to under 20.

as a traffic provider (no promotion) we dont recommend traffic exchange because in most cases you will either get scammed or you will get just simply exchange traffic which means low quality...

Losing web traffic in Holidays is normal phenomena. Because whosoever is the audience is relatively busy with their families and friends and tend to be in a festive mood. Though this is the peak time...

That's all :) but makes sense to optimize store just to make sure you are visible on google during searches.
