Rubbish traffic, fake traffic and bots. Run some traffic with them if you want, or better yet take your family out to a nice restaurant. good luck :)

Yes Herms, as long as you target correctly. You will most likely need a pre-sell page to make the most conversions for physical product. I use review pages.

You can try and find a very similar product to your the one you are planning to promote and type that products url into either quantcast or alexa to find existing demographic data.

I build lists on bing with getresponse.

You build a lead capture page in any niche then promote offers through an auto-responder on the back-end to recover your traffic costs then eventually...

Exact match clicks get rewarded with a lower cost in bing as they do not waste as many of bings impressions. Thus you get a higher quality score and...

yes you can sell quite easily with bing, here are a few tips:

use phrase match
exact match
or broad match modifiers only when setting up your campaign

go for keywords like this

in example...
