It's my understanding that when it comes to PBN's, you need to use different registrars not just GoDaddy.

By mixing up the registrars you significantly reduce any footprint your site may have and...

I don't know how many accounts you need to have for a PBN, just one is okay it's where it's hosted and how it's setup that matters.
