just go to godaddy or whereever you got your domain and select the re-direct option. It is easy, only takes a few minutes and happens ususally within the hour.

I use hostgator - they charge as little as $7.95 per month and $30 a month for a reseller account where you can host dozens of site for you or someone else.

Depends on the day - I try to meet a client, friend or prospect for lunch 3X a week minimum. That gets you off the computer and out of your office - it seems to work for me.
