You can launch a free WSO and post it in the War Room. Use the feedback (you'll get these naturally) from your free WSO as your initial reviews when you launch your thread.

Trying to bribe customers to leave positive reviews is a good way to get your WSO shut down(against WSO rules)...so paying for them probably is NOT a good...

You can offer review copies but there's no guarantee that 'especially influnential people' will take you up on that offer.
