no, unless the keywords are pretty new (f.e vuvuzela during the world championship). But you should go for any keyword with 3k to 10k searches / month and low competitions

my articles at scribd.com and docstoc do get read a lot. You can put 2-3 anchor links in them too.

A new doc site is issuu.com looks very sharp and you can add a dofollow url with each document...
