This is the same case. The appeals court remanded it back to the trial judge because they believed that the $37 million dollar judgment and the 3 year ban on making commercials wasn't done properly...

I think he overracted which was exactly what Trudeau was attempting to do. It serves Trudeau from a legal standpoint (the Judge's abuse of power which has already been an issue in the case, causing...

While I think Mr. Trudeau is full of it I think the judge in this case has walked right into a big Constitutional problem, (maybe that was Trudeau's intent)...
