Try not to copy. But if you do rewrite them then make sure to add a source link and rewrite them fully and make sure they make sense.

Take a vacation or take a walk. That is the best thing I could do and it helps immensely. I also know a few writers who go for tracking whenever they get a writers block.

What sort of niche do you have in mind? I beleive it depends on niche. If you are in a tough competition then go for easy keywords else go for medium keywords.
