Great post bnorton2010 (http://www.warriorforum.com/members/bnorton2010.html). I just started meditation as a daily ritual about 45 days ago. I put in at least 20 minutes a day but go for 30 minutes...

I agree. A lot of people put limits on themselves which reflects on their success. Most will give up right before the success even happens. It all begins and ends with your belief system.
