Check out the first page for the keywords your considering using, check how many links they've got, how good the websites are and what not. For example if all of your keywords have high authority...

FYI, if you keep resubmitting and getting rejected they'll end up just banning your account and then you're really screwed, so be cautious. I wouldn't resubmit will-nilly cuz it can bite ya.
