I guess that would really depend on how much value that website has to you and what you know you can do with it.

for example if its a 6 year old domain and its keyword rich per your niche market...

It's always a good idea to keep your target keyword in your site title for SEO purposes

that is if you want to get to page 1 on search engines for some free traffic ~

it doesn't hurt to give it...
