Thats impossible to know without more details though. If the Pr6 link is deep in the site in an old article then you actually may have more risk with the PR5s if for example they are blogroll links....

Take the URL of the link and type in site:url in the Google search bar. That is how you check if it is indexed. Webmaster Tools is often far behind.

Depends on the likelihood of that one link staying in place plus there really is no such thing as a $20 PR4 at godaddy (I presume). That doesn't include registration fees so you are talking $30-$40...
