Determine your hourly rate for design and then determine the hourly rate for development. This will give you a good idea about what to charge for what. Then,... go to work. Just don't short yourself....

That 25 niche website pack is basically just a template. Even if it comes with all the content, articles and images - you will have to change all those so your site won't be identical to all...
