Keyword planner has a button you click to include a specific word or words.

So, you're looking for the keyword "lose weight," for instance and want a bunch of keywords that are about losing weight...

That's very easy to do, just use an asterisk for the wildcard keyword.

Example: "what do * eat" (https://www.google.com/search?q="what+do+*+eat")
