Well if you make it ongoing you keep that relationship going. Easy to upsell them and such. Plus more likely to get more referrals from them. Unless they are an annoying customer who messages you...

Looks very plain. Would suggest at least a logo rather than the text. If you don't have a good budget, just test some people out on fiverr. Need more content, graphics, etc...

have had mixed results emailing. Still use it as a form of gaining clients. Not my main way, but it still works. Nothing wrong with adding it in your arsenal.
