Make sure all the information is the same. Company Name, Address, Phone. Even having similar descriptions and images will help.

If your going to do that then yes, make sure each site is one it's own c-class IP, with it's own DNS records, otherwise Google will slap you big time. But like everyone said, work on building...

RSS Submitter? I use Brute Force SEO, but that's because I use it for much more than just automating RSS feed submissions.
