Google will know they are the same content and that isn't an issue.

You can control which version is preferred by canonicalization.

In 2012, it doesn't matter. Different urls? Perhaps.
Different pages, not really.

Having more than one "url" (technically everything after
the "?" is not really a part of the url) is very common...
