You will not be able to use Google Adwords Tools to find out the competitiveness of your market.

Instead you can use keyword research tools (paid ones), to find out the competition.

Hi,

You are right, the competitive bar only relates to PPC not natural rankings. If you are monetizing through Adsense, higher competition is better as it leads to higher CPC.
