Update:
I've researched sites on my server. Using 'IP' operator in Bing, and other sites rank pretty well for their terms, so IP doesn't seem to be penalized. I also ran IP itself through blacklists...

Textlinks.com all look the same, most of them are PR0, but using google operator I was able to find few PR3 and PR2. So, yes their footprints are very easy to detect.
