I was going to go with Authorize.net but the costs involved were too high. Both the setup fees and the monthly fees were silly. I'm not sure about payflow as I didnt look into them.

Yes.

BMR blogs do only show a snippet of your article. I always put my keyword (link) in the first or second sentence. This ensures the link will be visible on the blog's homepage.
