From what you meets, I get the lessons that firstly, not to build backlink too many in short time, and secondly, not to use backlink building tools because it will result in bad consequence.

If you can't get those "bad" backlinks removed, I think you can get more top quality backlinks to balance the constitution of your backlinks to make that most of your backlinks are top quality.
