I never ask for payout bump, reason being, I feel that the right after bump, I feel decrease in conversion rate.

Same problem has been felt by many aff marketers too. All I care about is high EPC.

You can, but you get paid only when you get leads from allowed country.

If US is allowed and someone from Mexico fills the offer, you won't be paid for that lead.

Thats the best answer I think because its same story with me. One of the offer I was promoting in Peerfly has EPC .0.09 and for me, it was 0.75.

You should test offers on your own.
