Definitely SEO. Just like you, I too launched my website few months ago and completely focused on SEO. The paid advertising won't work. That's probably waste of money for the new business start ups....

Ofcourse that's great. You won't believe, I have a blog of 5 years old and the page views I get now everyday is just 20 or 30. huh!!!! :(
