I generally use 4.5x11, but you can use 4x11 4 ads across the front and MY ad on the postage side. I print my own and have a postage meter number..

30-50$ per qualified lead is a great idea the fact that the lead is already qualified makes it worth your while meaning it might be a 70% chance of closing , a very beneficial move if done right...

I say charge $1 for it, or even less. From my experience, it gets the buyers. It's much easier to get someone to buy again when they have already made a purchase from you.
