Agree. This ranks even in the most competitive markets. And it's the safest way to go about SEO these days while still getting high end results.

Google has much bigger fish to fry that targeting...

It's a pretty good indicator, but value the quality/PR/age of the incoming backlinks the most. You want to be relatively sure that the high PR links to your expired domain will not be removed once...
