Are you using wordpress? If yes, when writing a post, there is a separator line or something on the toolbar. Use it on the place where you would like the "read more" to occur ;)

Sadly there isn't any other way than manually visiting websites. Using emulator(s) would make this process ma lot more comfortable (ex. Android or iPhone)
