If you're asking if they will perform actual deindex (absolute removal from search results) for a single page, I've never heard of that....

One of the metrics you want to look at is the 'countries' your visitors are coming from. Perhaps, (I'm guessing here) that your pages are being seen in a lot of countries that due to various reasons...
