even with woocommerce, you still have to know how to code to get themes and plugins working the way you want.

but how do you beat amazon when your item is already being sold by amazon themselves? amazon will win the buy box every time and you cannot beat them on price because theirs is already the lowest...

yeah i was thinking the same thing. i already have an ebay account that's a few years old in good standing and ebay doesn't compete with their own sellers so i only have to compete with other sellers.

what about a model where you sell on ebay and have a fulfilment provider ship the orders for you. it sounds doable and you can scale quickly as long as you have the money for inventory.

come to think of it, most people are probably doing what i'm doing, otherwise the conversion rate would be a lot higher than the 5%-10% stated in SAR's reply. and 5-10% could translate into 6 figures...
