Whether facebook is no-follow or Do-Follow, it's totally irrelevant in terms of how the page might be ranking. (It's about ranking the page..not ranking some other site using the page's links)

You need to lookup what "nofollow" means.

To George, you can rank Facebook pages just as easily as anything else. I routinely rank my clients' Facebook pages along with their websites.

are most likely quite rare in the normal scheme of things.
