That tells you the links are weak.

A strong page/URL will have it's own followed backlink profile and usually be constantly recached (cache date).

None of them are useful. Sometimes sharing backlinks in G+ will work.. Apart from that, we can't index backlinks quickly. I have tried many options none of them work

I wouldn't bother submitting it to 1 directory - complete waste of time. Much better ways to build links in 2016 that actually make a positive impact.

Article backlinks dont work in 2016. You can use them as tier 2 links at most but for tier 1, i would stay way way far from them.

Yes you can post same article on several content/article publishing websites but as a matter of fact, article submission has become kind of obsolete and it does not prove to be efficient anymore.

However, according to Google 20 to 25% of content in the web are duplicate in which also ranking high so its not true that your ranking will go down or it will de-index in the search results.

Yes! you can by updating it maybe after some hour when your trade has gone down. but if the site does not permit to do so. you do not have to. try and search for new content may be on google.

If you paste in some html code. Go to language > H and then choose HTML.
