I suspect the vast majority of people realize they are scams and delete them. Simple as that. The ones I get on occasion end up in my spam folder. I don't open them, I just delete them.

First make sure that the state you live in is not on Amazon's state banned list. There are about 10 states that Amazon will not permit affiliates to live. However there is a work around for that...
