Don't forget to use a VPS server for tracking otherwise the shared hosting will slow you down so much and trash your conversions. Doesn't sound like it would make a difference, but it does.

I used beyond hosting with good results. The only downside is they are quite expensive.
You may also want to check out wired tree, known host, and rapid VPS.
