Only if you pay via Paypal (most do of course). If you have money in your Fiverr account (from sales, refunds, etc) there is no surcharge.

Normally, I would say 33% is too low for a one-off payment WSO but since you suggest this is a recurring charge then it's probably alright.

I would normally think 25%-30% for a recurring product...

I use NextScripts Auto Poster on Wordpress. Doesn't do as many as Onlywire but it's pretty useful.
