You can build a site on it, if your lucky you can maintain some of the PR, what i would do is have or write self 10 articles and post them on your site, do some backlinking and wait the next PR...

I would suggest you to start a blog. Put unique content on it. Let it gain some authority. The you can use it for selling contextual links or any other service you want.
