I don't advertise the MMO niche on Facebook but it's possible they disapprove of the Clickbank product you are pre-selling. There's a good chance that a CB MMO product doesn't match their guidelines....

For guest blogging it is not a good idea to put the original contents on your site first. In most of such cases, no reputed site will accept your articles because of the issues of duplicated contents.

With guest posting the site owner would want the benefit of having the content be unique to his or her site, not posting content that has already been indexed and therefore not unique.

This is the right answer. If I had to only pick one, I would pick the one that has the highest domain authority. Normally this is the one that has the highest homepage PR.

You can pound web 2.0 with as many backlinks as you want because their rank is solidified in the search engine then the link juice flows from there to your site.
