It just doesn't make good business sense to do it that way. Essentially you are selling a high priced PDF, so people will take some serious convincing.

If I was you I'd take the video out completely and make the front page a squeeze page. Make your own youtube video telling people to opt in for something awesome like "5 Killer Tips that Will Shred...
