The site loads fine for me. Actually it loaded very quickly. Just a few quick things:

I would have the pop up show up after about 30 seconds, not right away..just gets in the way of the headline of your site. Also, the video started by it self and I didn't know where it was coming...

The pop up was up before the page which was not very good.
Maybe set the timing to come in after say 15 seconds.
