I've used mediation at times. A wonderful way to work things out with people.

Oh, and I also love meditation just as much - contemplation, settling, being present.

I use Holosync as well, a level 2 awakening user. And let me tell you, it's been a pretty wild ride so far.

I used brainsync prior to Holosync but meditation in any form is highly beneficial...
