Change all the H1 and H2 tags to a black or dark grey, as well as the menu rollover color which appears to be a dark red. As mentioned, there is far too much green which make it hard to look at.

Ah... too much green. The green is too bright, or too abundant. And your logo needs some modification. I'd suggest not adding any filter effects to your logo font. Use a simple, clean and clear...
