yeah, that is a good idea, but you might want to make sure there is a chance they are willing to spend that sort of money before you go and spend time putting together an appraisal.

Hi. As for what software to use, I use Camtasia. It's very good, but not free. I don't think it really matters that much, surely a screen capture is a screen capture. Just pick one and run with it.
