I haven't used FB ads for a while (they are no longer affiliate friendly, so do your due diligence if you're going to run CPA offers on there) but I do know that for expenses on PPV, you want to take...

Peerfly accepts new members, But now it's a little harder to be approved. They require reference from other networks.

Good experience and good website URL will help you to get in otherwise they will reject your application, I tried twice but never been lucky so far.

i think peerfly accept only publisher who has good experience try another network until you have good experience
