I know you said you contacted your ISP but have your contacted your hosting provider? It is possible your IP is blocked and it a pretty quick process for them to check and remove the block.

These can be good places to start, I am not so sure about fast cash, though. Depending on your subject area, you can get some traffic from other lenses or hubs.

The days of varying anchor text and URL structure are gone. Stay consistent with the same anchor text (keyword you want to rank for) and same URL structure and you'll see better results.

Most people have a top keyword they are going for. You need to have two or three other good keywords so that you can vary the anchor text. So use your main keyword for say 40 -50% of the anchor...
