FB ads take some trial and error. I find it's not the same as solo ads. Try targeting a different audience. I targeted Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies recently and received decent results.

"We" gives the impression that the company is bigger, and people tend to prefer bigger companies. In general, "we" is definitely better than "I" in this context.
