You should only submit an article to one website whatever the site is. Your site's reputation will increase by submitting unique articles.

I absolutely agree with pmbrent. Creating reports or ebooks is a great way to use PLR. I've also turned them into a video by creating a Powerpoint presentation and then recording it using Jing....

PLR articles are articles that you can either buy for a very low price or even get for free :)
However to render them effective you will want to gather some on your topic read through them...

Always rewrite or add to PLR. If you don't do at least that, don't bother buying PLR. Having content to go from makes creating new content much quicker.
