Well, I suggest you save the output from your browser when the site loads fine. Then you can upload that on your hosting. That should work, on firefox you can do that from File->Save Page As

PowerPoint Slides > Camtasia > MP4 File > AVS Converter > Macromedia Dreamweaver add flash media filter. Works for me. If I throw in live video, it's way more complex.
