If your goal is getting a more effective long term biz model, I would say build your list first then monetize it (I don't mean abuse it of course) assuming that you have not had like hundreds of subs...

I suggest you use it as the beginning of your funnel. Sell it as $7 and then lead to a $47 priced product which leads to a $100-$200 priced product which leads to a $500-$1000 product and beyond....

Just write naturally, and you shouldn't have anything to worry about. As long as the keyword is in the title & h1 tags, you're good to go.

Hi Mike,

Stop worrying about things that do not matter. ;)

Use titles, that make sense to users. Include keywords that make sense in the title. Don't worry about how frequently you have used...

keep the kw% between 2 and 4% and you'd be fine.
I wouldn't post averytime articles targeting the same kw though but i'd do keywords research and build articles around different kw and...
