This is infact a less then min job for one URL.
The webmaster has to edit .htaccess file present on server to write the old and new URL.
that's it...
It only costs 1 min to write...

Yes you can do that. any cPanel supports installing the site using the ZIP file done by any other cPanel hosting. like you can zip the hosting in Bluehost and install the hosting in hostmonster using...

If you using wordpress, you can use the plugin to add video, where you need to give the parmalink and it would display the video. i think you talking about youtube video, is it ?

Resizing the picture would not help. You need to use <DIV> tags to align both picture and text.
try using like this,

the code which you are putting up in the post here is just to display that flash file in the webpage. any modification to this code would not help.
